MacPaint file format plugin for Photoshop

Tested with:
- Photoshop 5.5 & 7.0 on PowerPC Macintosh (OS X and Classic)
- Photoshop 5.0 on Windows 98

This plugin can read and write MacPaint format files
(see http://developer.apple.com/technotes/pt/pt_24.html).

N.B. The recommended file extension for MacPaint files is .MAC;
for file systems which allow longer extensions, Apple suggests .pntg.
